Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At The Monkey Club, customer satisfaction is important to us. We make sure every order is packed carefully and delivered in the best condition. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 2-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Product must not be damaged, altered, stained, or used

Return or exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for initiating any return or exchange request
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any return or exchange request, customers must provide a proper unboxing video of the product.
The video should clearly show:

Sealed package before opening

Complete opening/unboxing process

Product received inside the package

Any issue, damage, or incorrect item if applicable
Without a valid unboxing video, return and exchange requests will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Product is used, washed, worn, or damaged

Original tags or packaging are missing

Product is stained, altered, or not in original condition

Return/exchange request is raised after 2 days of delivery

Unboxing video is not available

Products purchased during sale or special promotional offers

Customized or altered products
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after successful quality verification.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product delivered by The Monkey Club.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 2 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

7. Return Shipping
Return pickup availability depends on your location and courier serviceability.
In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
