The Monkey Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment failure, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect customer details, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines mentioned on our website.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, customer availability, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Monkey Club is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control, but we will assist customers with tracking and delivery-related support.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

We offer a 2-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Product must not be damaged, altered, stained, or used
Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory

Without a valid unboxing video, return and exchange requests will not be accepted.

The Monkey Club reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any return, exchange, damaged product, defective product, or incorrect product request, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must clearly show:

Sealed package before opening
Complete unboxing process
Product received inside the package
Any issue, damage, or incorrect product if applicable

If the unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, incomplete, or not provided, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

The Monkey Club reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions, or suspicious order activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including brand name, logo, images, graphics, designs, text, videos, banners, product photos, and product content, is the intellectual property of The Monkey Club or its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content without written permission.
